Cancellation / Late / No Show Policy

Late/NoShow:

Your appointment is very important. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We ask that you be courteous with our time and that of our other guests by arriving 5 minutes before your appointment to ensure we start on time. We will have to cancel your appointment if you are 15 minutes late. A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. Your deposit is non-refundable but transferable within 45 days. Please note that you will forfeit your deposit completely if you miss your appointment without prior notification, No Call/No Show. 

Future Appointment Cancelation Policy: 

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a $100 cancelation fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

Your cancelation fee payment may be made by credit card over the phone, or we can send you a virtual invoice. Once you’ve paid the cancelation fee, the restrictions on your account will be removed and you’ll be able to secure your next appointment. 

Please note, we re generally booked out three or more weeks so you will have wait sometime to get back on our schedule. 

Practice & Safety 

We’ll take time and carefully go over every detail to make sure you’re at ease every step of the way. We will not move forward with any part of your appointment until you are 100% happy with any or all measured & pre-drawn shapes when possible, color choice, or selected treatment. 

Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We do not have any control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results after your first included touch up. Additional charges will apply to 12-24 week touch-ups or annual appointments.

PLEASE NOTE:

If your eyebrows, eyeliner, lips, or scalp have been previously tattooed and you are interested in a “cover-up/re-work”, you MUST have a consultation prior to your procedure appointment. Please understand results for cases such as these cannot be guaranteed, and we must make sure that these areas are workable from the start. There are some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or too large. In such cases, tattoo lightening, or removal would be highly recommended before we begin the “cover-up/re-work”. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional appointments for best results and will be charged as an entirely new appointment.
